Tried to get a Christmas gift (Barns and Nobles Nook) I purchased for my grand daugher looked at by a Tech. Had the Nook only 15 days and the AC charger wouldn't work.

Tech was going to give me a replacement he had in stock. That is until the manager interupted....Manager very rude to customer and employee trying to help. Told me to take the Nook to the Barns and Noble store 100 miles away...Tech was very kind, but the Manager need fired before she runs away all business. I will never shop Staples again.

I contacted Staples on line with a complaint, but they have never contacted me. Two tries now in contacting Staples....Won't talk to them now!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Staples Manager.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Whoever tried to exchange something purchased at one type of store, in another type of store? It doesn't matter if they handle the same brands, the whole point would be the second store would end up loosing money on a deal like that.
