Bought a Netgear Arlo Smart Home Indoor/Outdoor Wireless High-Definition IP Security Cameras, White/Black, 2/Pack From these guys they told me it was a return,and everything was there and all reset they lied too me ,the customer who bought it registered it and the batteries where all loose in the box ,took me 5 hours to get re registered ,then to find out that all the batteries where dead they would not replace the batteries,.Also the Arlo window sticker was missing and all the english instructions where gone.When I opened the box the batteries where all left loose.and the package looked like a child had packed it themself..

...Last time I shop at @ any staples ,come *** or high water ,sh it service right down the line.Also they said can not take a fall by giving me replacement batteries ..This company is a big piece of ***.

I didn't like: Garbage.

If it was within their return policy why didn't you return or exchange it? Seems that would have been the smart thing to do instead of pitching a fit. Lol
