Went to store at 1125 E. Ogden
Ave ,Naperville,Il 60563. I went to purchase school supplies because our church is
Giving 60 book bags to children
For the new school year. I came
Because ad for folders were .17
The refused me at checkout for
60 there ad didn't specify a quantity. Aug 17,14 was sale paper I had. Manager was rude I didn't see a name tag for him he didn't make any eye contact with me at all he said 15 limit if I get two different type I could
get 30 max. Richard was my cashier he was great. Circular ad should match whatever ad is in the store . Printed ads should be honored.
Location: Saint Charles, Illinois

The employees are following direction from Staples HQ . Your beef should really be with HQ.
The employees actually donโt like most of the nonsense from corporate but just like you have a boss you are accountable to they do as well. I was a manager for them so I know what goes on there.
They did state the quantity, the quantity was ten. Have mommy or daddy read the ad for you. Also not giving in to your demands is not the same as rudeness.
While i agree with the complaint to the company itsself. as far as tge store was conceree they could have only rang u up like 10 timea to trick the register in order to accomidate your needs.
remeber 90%of complaints the store did tgere best on just complain to corpporate about the ads corprate sends. STORES HAVE NO POWER BLAME CORPORATE i know cause i work for office depo and both companies work the same way lol.
