Staples - Never again ...

I’m done with Staples. The store in Clermont, Florida is the worst. Tried to print a 4-page document but the self machines were broken. Ask if the print guy could print it. He said it will be over an hour and cost more. I spoke with the manager JAY FELLOW who acted like he really did not care. What great customer service.
