During the purchase of printer paper I was advised to "be sure and get the paper" that has the rebate offer. Fast forward I get a card indicating I have a $36 credit.
As it turned out I relocated to another part of the Arizona. As I needed new supplies for my Real Estate business, a visit to the local Staples occurred, with the intent to use the $36 credit for a portion of the purchase. The check out clerk, with great attention, "no good-expired" you have to pay the full amount. I needed the supplies so went ahead with the purchase, for the very last purchase from a company that, in the small print, puts in a expire date on "REWARDS".
My bad for not reading the small print. A small potato operator to Staples, but I will definitely go else where for supplies and forgo the "Rewards" that are supposedly provide to customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: cancel my account and not return.
