The company emailed me a 25 dollar coupon if I spent 75 dollars by September 9. (one order). Late last night September 9 I started to order. I checked my shopping cart and I was short of the 75 dollars. The space for the coupon was on the checkout.

I went and ordered a few more items and brought the total to 99 dollars but when I went to the checkout there was no space for the coupon code at checkout. It was 11:35 Mountain Time.

I called their help line and got no relief. The help line transferred me to the Customer Rewards line which disconnected . I tried to reconnect but with no luck.

If Staples is going to do business in a time zone then you must note the time available is only in the time zone Staples is located. I filed my order at 11:35 Mountain time but my order came marked as being placed on September 9th.

Reason of review: Coupon not working.

Monetary Loss: $25.

I liked: Politeness.

I didn't like: Bad policys.
