Purchased a all in one hp pavillion.Nice computer and the tech who set it up was very nice.

Spent 854.00. It crashed 6 weeks after purchase. Totally black screen. Called staples and asked them to exchange it.

They told me it's been longer than 14 days and that I have to deal with hp.....called hp 2 weeks ago and they told me they would send me boxes to ship it back. Never received the boxes. Called them again and they forgot to put the order in and they would ship them right away ups. That was 2 days ago and I still have nothing but a defective computer.

..........staples says that's to bad and they will not make any exceptions.Deal with hp.........this is not right!.......I am so done with staples.......terrible customer service and I will dispute the charges with my staples acct.......a big company like staples can't help the little guy........bad bad bad

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of hewlett packard desktop computer and associated monetary loss in the amount of $855. Staples needs to "exchange for same type" according to poster's claims.

The computer breaking isn't really on Staples to handle, if it had been within their return period then I'm sure they would have taken care of you but if you don't purchase extended protective through them then there really isn't anything they can do. As for HP not sending the box that's kinda an HP problem not a Staples one,
