On Dec. 9,2011 I shipped out my laptop to have the motherboard repaired and on the way to A cer in Temple Tx.

my package got damaged and now Ups and Staples claim center will not replace my laptop. I did purchase the but apperantly that doesn't matter. Ups has lied to me about returning my phone calls, they said they sent me an email.

My whole experience has been horrible from the customer service I received to me being out money and now a laptop. Ups is a horrible shipping service and Staples is horrible at customer service.
