2:03 p.m., May 22, 2017, a cashier carried on a conversation with another worker while cashing me out. She never acknowledged me, never looked at me, never said a word other than the final price. When I suggested she might consider looking at her customers, she responded: "You said that to me once before." Clearly my words were wasted.

They called me fraudulent because my address was nit found in their system. They cancelled my order and didnt notify me. The manager didnt apologize, but offered to help me find a different laptop online at full price after sending me to the store to verify my identity.
