I am one more disgusted customer. I bought a computer chair 12/29/14 ad the Staples in Murfreesboro and bought the waranty they offer thru Square Trade.

My receipt says "Exchange Price Match". They have given me a run around. I do not want to talk to them on the phone anymore. Cannot understand them and they put me off on Staples and they sent me a part for my chair since it wobbles.

I do not know how to put the part on plus the chair is like sitting on a board and I have a pillow to the back and a cushion in the chair. I want to correspond by emails but cannot seem to find an email for them nor staples.

I plan to let friends and neighbors to know the experience I have had with Staples this time. Never before but this time is enough!!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Be nice when you go in there. Talk to their Tech Supervisor and they will contact Level 2 escalation if you are having problems communicating on your own part.

Let them know it's frustrating you but don't put the blame on them, and they will help you.

They are associates that work at Staples to make ends meet. They don't own SquareTrade's customer service.

They are told to listen for keywords. If you state "full refund" to them, they will oblige.

If not, find a Staples in the area with their manager or tech supervisor has their regional squaretrade reps contact information, and ask them to put in an email to assist.

It should never be this hard.
