Staples (8322 Pineville Matthews Rd Charlotte NC) sold me an all-in-one brothers printer that had previously been opened, parts were missing and all of the printer packing material removed. The box had been resealed and the store did not reveal that it had been opened and pilfered. I contacted the store manager who was not very helpful. Since the Charlotte store is 150 miles away I could not easily return it to that store. The closest Staples store is 43 miles away from my home, but I did take the printer there. This store (Greeneville TN) was extremely helpful, took the open box printer back and ordered another one for home delivery (item was not in stock at this store). I had a terrible experience at the Charlotte NC store and an excellent experience at the Greeneville TN store. Unfortunately this printer has cost significantly more money than I had planned to spend due to the time and cost associated with obtaining a replacement due to the deceptive actions by the Charlotte NC store.
