STALES HIRE A CHEAP TECH'S

I bought a printer from staples and the push for warranty on the printer but when the printer fail they refer me to call national it center. They create an incident number 11048084 and promise me that they will call me shortly to schedule an appointment. But after 3 days I called them back to see if they going to sent a tech to fix it. And ones gain they said will call you shortly.
It is already more than two weeks and has no results from staples or the national it center witch I research on line and it is no info about that. Look’s like is a cheap company
